Party of Two

Terms of service

Last updated: October 11, 2026

The short version

Party of Two is for adults who don't want kids and want a partner who feels the same. Be honest, be kind, and keep it safe. If you break these rules, we may warn you or remove your account. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

Community rules

Don't:

Reports, warnings, and bans

You can report anyone from their profile or your chat with them. When someone reports a conversation, a copy of it is saved with the report so we can review what happened. Generally, a single report leads to a review and possibly a warning. Reports from several different people, or clear proof in the chat, can lead to a ban. We may act sooner for serious problems, like suspected minors, threats, or scams.

A banned account can't be used, and the person can't sign up again with the same email, phone, or photos. If you think we got it wrong, email us to appeal.

Your content

You own the photos and words you post. By posting them, you let us store them and show them to other members inside Party of Two so the app can work. This permission ends when you delete them or your account, except where we need to keep a copy (for example, messages saved with a report). Only post things you have the right to share.

Premium and free weeks

Staying safe

We don't run background checks on members, and we can't guarantee anyone is who they say they are. Take your time getting to know people. When you meet, meet in a public place, tell a friend where you'll be, and get yourself there and home. Never send money to someone you met on Party of Two. If something feels wrong, report it.

Leaving

You can delete your account anytime from your profile in the app. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk.

The legal bits

Party of Two is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for how members behave on or off the app, and we aren't liable for indirect or unexpected losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, in the United States. If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll let members know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Party of Two after a change means you accept the new terms.
